organisation effectiveness through the development of teams and individuals. All assessments
are carried out by specialists holding the British Psychological Society’s Level A and Level
B qualifications in psychometric testing.
We adopt a fixed fee approach to all assignments providing clients with transparency and
certainty. All fees are agreed in advance, irrespective of the candidate’s ultimate salary,
there is no incentive for us to recommend those with higher salaries or exclude potential
candidates from within the clients own organisation.
