About Us
Pat Laheen
With a career spanning some twenty years, Pat has worked with a number of multinational
companies, most notably the Jefferson Smurfit Group, in a variety of leadership positions.
Pat’s expertise lies in strategic human resources consulting and executive selection.
He has successfully operated his own consulting business specialising in change management,
organisational assessment and building high performing management teams.
Prior to founding Hunter Lynch, Pat held the position of Operations Director with a leading
US global executive search firm. His work has involved both national and international
searches for executive positions across a broad spectrum of industries including
Banking/Financial Services, Construction & Property Development, Manufacturing and
Service sectors.
A graduate of University College Dublin with a B.Comm degree, Pat is also a certified
NLP practitioner and is qualified in occupational testing with the British Psychological
Society. Being committed to lifelong learning, Pat is currently pursuing an MBA.
Pamela Dunne
Prior to founding Hunter Lynch, Pamela’s career spans twenty years during which time she
has worked both in Ireland and abroad with major multinationals, including Fidelity
Investments and Microsoft. Pamela’s expertise lies in project management and she has
completed major assignments to develop and implement effective human resources solutions
which match clients’ unique needs and cultures and make an important contribution to
business success.
A graduate of the University of Ulster with First Class Honours in a BSc Hons Computing
Science degree, Pamela was also awarded the Kainos Prize for being the highest scoring
student at the University and was also nominated for the British Computer Society Medal
for producing the top project of the year using technology in the most innovative manner.
In June 2008, Pamela was awarded a Diploma in Employment Law (Distinction) from the National
College of Ireland.
